Studio Ilios

Outside the window, the Cretan sun. And inside? A studio with a kitchenette and bathroom. In the sleeping area, a double bed with a width of 150 cm, a wardrobe, a table, and a sofa. In the kitchenette, you will find everything you need, an electric burner, a refrigerator, and cabinets with dishes.

Studio Nero

When you go out on the balcony, you will see the water and hear the sound of the waves. And inside? A studio with a kitchenette and bathroom. In the sleeping area, there is a double bed with a width of 160 cm, a wardrobe, and a desk that can also be used as a dressing table. Next to the bed, there is a fold-out armchair, which allows for additional sleeping space.

Chania is a wonderful city. You will find here charming alleys, traces of antiquity lost among the buildings, hospitable taverns, shops with works by local artists, and beaches nestled by the waterfront, sandy and with natural stone pools. From Studios Ilios and Nero, you can reach each of these attractions in a few moments. The studios are in the Koum Kapi district, close to, yet outside the walls of the Old Town. Living here, you will enjoy the charms of city life and beaches, while also experiencing the peace of a cozy, side street.

PORT AND OLD TOWN

The Old Town of Chania is one of the most beautiful in the world. Narrow, atmospheric streets, winding steps, mysterious nooks, as well as the old Venetian port with docks, the Mosque of the Janissaries, and one of the oldest lighthouses in Europe. BEACHES IN THE AREA

The nearest bathing spot is Koum Kapi beach. A city, sandy beach with stone pools at the end. You descend to it by steps from the waterfront and bathe with a view of the Sabbionara fort. Other beaches in the area are Nea Chora, on the other side of the city, and natural stone pools in Chalepa and Kouloura. More in the guide.

A string of restaurants develops along the Koum Kapi waterfront. The first one is already at the end of the small street where you will live. There are also many other places with great cuisine in Chania. Detailed information can be found in the guide.

Where are we?

Ilios and Nero studios are located in the Koum Kapi district, 50 meters from the waterfront and 250 meters from the Old Town. They are on the first floor of a tenement house at the corner of Dodekanison and Mina Georgiadi streets. Head to the white door with bougainvillea, from the Mina Georgiadi side.

How to get to us?
The airport is located 20 minutes from the city center. There are many ways to get here. You can take a taxi, arrange transport with us, or come by bus. If you plan to rent a car, pick it up right after your arrival and drive to the studios.

We have been connected with Greece for a long time. For years we sailed its waters. Then we bought a yacht here and put it up for charter.
